Half-Life 3, Portal 3, Left 4 Dead 3, or New IP?

Left 4 Dead 3, because it is one of my favorite games. But only if it comes to PS4 as well, because I have no interest in buying that other console.
Other than that, a new IP please, I have no interest in those other two games.
