MGS2 has already been remastered on Metal Gear Solid HD Collection and Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection...
Still I wouldn't mind a HD Remaster of MGS: The Twin Snake from the Gamecube port (hey, we got a Resident Evil HD Remaster from a Gamecube port too right?).
Though that Open World MGS game Hideo Kojima was talking about would be a LOT better than a HD remaster of a 11+ year old game...
