I think there should be 4 worlds in the game, 3 of them are the Big 3, and the 4th and final world is the Mod World
Each would would have a boss, Ex Rol in Nintendo World, Seece in Xbox World, Mr.Playstation in Playstation world, and Cone is the final boss in the Mod World
You play as ioi to make his way to NPD land so he can adjust the numbers
