This game was packed with extras and different ways to play through levels, it was and amazing value when it came out and like you said, the music was electrifying and an old school Castlevania fan's dream.
The only thing that bothered me was that SOTN was only playable in 4.3 letterbox unless you had a hacked PSP with cheats enabled, which made it look so much better to me.
