So after hearing that Xenoblade Chronicles X is set to be the biggest Wii U game in file size, I decided to look into other retail Wii U games to compare. I found that Watch Dogs is the current biggest game on Wii U at 17.7GB. While I found that interesting enough in and of itself, I decided to compare it to the other consoles versions. Interestingly enough, the Wii U version is 2nd biggest:

PS4: 18GB

Wii U: 17.7GB

PC: I've read stuff online varying between 13.5 and 25GB, can someone who owns it verify?

Xbox One: 14.44GB

PS3: 13.5GB

Xbox 360: 7.33GB

Knowing that the Wii U version got no extra content, anyone have any idea of what it could be? Is it the GamePad integration and Off-TV Play? Also what's with the over 6GB disparity between PS3 and 360?

The PS3 version is bigger than a DVD. Probably just extra compression on the X360 video cutscenes.

I forgot about the whole PS3 games are on Blu-Ray whereas 360 games are on DVD. Still that's a hell of a lotta compression.
