Pretty obvious what he's talking about here, he's saying that a games release date should be determined by it's development cycle, not the other way around. Really not difficult to grasp.

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
