I'm not sure how sales are cited as a source for being memorable and people are picking P5, yet Persona historically has never sold all that well. In fact, Xenoblade's only release has sold more than Persona's highest selling entry, which is P4G.
I don't think sales necessarily make a game more memorable. I think quality and impact on the genre make a game memorable. All of these titles have the chance to do just that, regardless of how many people play them.
