I think it is still turn based. Those teleportation bits looked out of battle, maybe a new way to avoid battles completely. The bit that showed a battle with the player icons and health bars and everything was different, it also showed some slow motion attacks, so either it is turn based for those to be there or they slowed down those parts specifically for the purpose of the trailer.

Cover system is a part of stealth gameplay.
