As some have said already, too little too late.
Before people start shipping the apple cool aid, it should be noted that they can't do anything outside sling TV and PlayStation vue, basically; whatever service they offer will be similar to those apps. And like Sony, they too will have to make deals with content providers.
User interface? please, that's all in software, and anyone can make their UI better with a software update.
