It is a fact that The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings is fiction. The author didn't create it saying it was real. The author created these works as fiction. Religious documents are a different matter.

no im not, im talking about the doublestandards behind the schools decision. there is no difference between the lord of the ring and the bible (okay, lotr is better written) both is fiction, and if you punish children for believing in one fiction and reward them for believing in the other your name sould be hypocrite
