In fact, the PS Vita should still be overtracked, even if it is relatively undertracked last year (not 600k stated, but probably 300k, especially in the last quarter).
Vita was so overtracked it in previous years that I think it is possible that the Wii U is already tied, technically, with the PS Vita.

Just out of curiosity , another thing that does not close in my accounts is the couple PSP and PSVita . Sony this year ( Q4 2012 and Q1 + Q2 2013) shipped 2.7 million PSPs and Vitas ) and we have that on the 28th of September ( missing two days to close the period of 9 months), the PS Vita and PSP already sold combined, respectively, 1,500.166 and 2,176.465 , thus summed reach 3,676.631 , which gives a difference of 976,631 , which is a lot , considering how little each one sells.
