What would you guys think of a 30fps/60fps toggle on most console games?

What is wrong with 30fps, also it would an unfair advantage to people running at 60 fps. This 30 vs 60 fps has to stop. Yes 60 is better but 30 is fine. And where will it stop next gen it will be we want 120 fps.
