The only reason PS3 version has outsold the 360 version by a measely 130k is due to Japan where it outsold the 360's version by about 240k. If you take out the extremely biased Japan 360 version sold better.
Nearly every multi-platform game out has been heavily in 360's favor. I don't think this one game is a good indicator of install time difference in sales.
