They probably sold it as they fo need the money also its another cost of personnel gone. I don't think Sony are I trouble they are just cutting off the excess to focus on the ps4. I can seem them still selling off more parts of the business. But I don't see them selling off more gaming divisions, if the do then we know they are in real financial trouble
