When will we see an actual new IP made by MS?

MS would find an outside developer to make the games. They would make an excuse saying that its too expensive when they do things themselves. Speaks volumes about them compared to everyone else.

And yet when Sony hires an outside company to make Bloodborne or The Order or Until Dawn, no one cares LOL.

Sony is collaborating to make BloodBorne and The Order. Besides Sony's first party production trumps MS first party production.
