MGS4 could fit on DVDs if the audio was compressed -- the PS3 version used uncompressed audio which is why it takes up so much space. The trouble with porting it is that it was so heavily designed around PS3's architecture, where as Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain are built on much more of a PC-like (and easily portable) setup.
