iPhones are hard to compare with the others, because Apple uses bigger dies with more transistors, but it's SoCs have less clock speed and less cores - they also have very little ram (1GB) in comparison, but due to the OS being developed with only very few configurations in mind it performs extremely well with that
and the Z3c has 2GB Ram instead of 3 of the big one, that and screen size/battery size afaik are the only differences
