MGS V and Dragon Quest Heroes will have Chinese Version! Does that mean Japanese Devs are shifting their focus towards China market

we gamer will see all games on console! with china, i think... japanese producer are coming back!
and dragon quest heroes, one piece pirate warriors 3, ff type 0, bloodborne and yakuza zero and more coming february/march for ps4 in japan. the japanese player go back to console, i hope so.
