I'm just going to point out a glaring fact, that I have no clue if it was suggested...
No one owns the games they play, not even PewDiePie. You owna license to play the game. The share that Nintendo takes is normal for what networks take. I really have no idea what people are complaining about. Sounds pretty routine and legal to me. Also Microsoft did lay out guidelines to how their games can be monetised
