Pewdiepie Complains against Nintendo Youtube Policy

I'm not sure where people are getting this idea that they should be able to use copyrighted content however they like. You can certainly argue that Nintendo *should* let people use their content, but the idea that it's morally wrong for Nintendo to prevent people from using their content, or try and profit from them doing so is ridiculous. Just because it's easy nowadays to upload copyrighted material doesn't mean it somehow becomes ok.
