It was the least-selling console on the seventh generation (according to the last data some user brought up here), so it mets the OP criteria.


We all know that the PS3 is going to skip the X360 somway or another.

OT: First place goes to the Dreamcast. Even if the PS3 was a valid option. The Dreamcast brought online play to the table while the PS3 brought bluray which wasn't really needed in the seventh generation that much.
