Only way that would work out, is if even more so then they have their acquiring of Marvel, Disney keeps more of a hands off approach to Nintendo. Disney is very popular in Japan last I heard so I doubt there will be a huge stigmata against them like Microsoft seems to have for the general public over there but Disney has never had great success themselves with electronic gaming without help, if some Disney suit starts making decisions over Nintendo's executives heads (i.e. forcing a move to mobile or free to play gaming), that could lead to fracturing and the eventual end of Nintendo as we know it.

But a partnership where Disney handles outside media like movies, developing Amiibo figures and such, while Nintendo handles the game side of things would probably be very profitable for both companies. Imagine Disney's Infinity with Amiibo support, or a Mickey Mouse platformer that plays like Super Mario 3D World or the ultra rare that most folk have forgotten there was ever one in existence type of game... a major movie tie in video game that doesn't suck?
