I can see where you´re coming from but the bolded part is wrong according to vgc. Bayo 1 sold 0.91 on X360 whereas MGR sold less than half of that (0.41). I assume the budget of Bayo and MGR were quite similar so MGR bombed way harder on 360 than bayo did. However it actually sold better on PS3 than Bayo.

So do I want it to be exclusive? I really don´t care as long as it releases on PS4. Do I think it will be exclusive? Definitely! I´m pretty confident it will be a japan console exclusive and a multiplat in the row.

EDIT: What if it was a "without XY´s funding we couldn´t have made this game thus it´s exclusive"-thing? would it still bother you? and why didn´t it bother you with bayo2?

I see what you;re saying but I just don't see the point in now dropping multiplat games, we could have looked at sales data a decade ago and decided the future actions from then and completely cut off the idea of anything MS getting a multiplat game, heck we should do it now if it sells just a little elss than PS4 if we go by math logic only.

It will probably be an exclusive in Japan, that part doesn't bother me because I don't live in Japan, the ones that do own an XB1 there will be in the minority anyway whilst in the west it should be multiplat which in turn will give the Japanese gamers the option to have it on at least PS4/PC (steam).

As to your last question, yes it would bother me because so far Sony hasn't offered me anything to give a damn about, moneyhatting the sequel (which Nintendo didn't which again makes it different) would be akin to what gamers like to call "holding hostage", though I hate to use that term I would actually find it appropriate consdiering there's no other worth for a PS4 in my eyes but the one game which means I'll never get the console and in turn just makes me spite the company for doing so, but here's the realy important part:

Konami isn't in financial trouble, Platinum as far as I'm aware isn't either, haven't heard so much as a peep out of either party that they are reaching Capcom levels of broke (because Capcom pissed away both money and good fortune that they sided themselves with Sony this gen), not even Kojima has mentioned suffering money or funding issues, all that is currently known up till now proves that what you ask will not happen, the only other logical conclusion is Sony moneyhatting, Sony are more than capable and they aren't the shining knight fans portray them as.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
