Why are people upset about paying for online?

... I dont even pay for PS+ for the online =P
Ive been paying since late into the PS3 life where I would recieve a bunch of awesome games, PS4 isnt quite there yet but bundled along with the PS3 and PSV games I still find it worth my money =D
