Why The hell people were saying console games were going to die this gen ?

That excuse just doesn't work though. It is getting faster, yes, but not everywhere. Not only that, it isn't getting cheaper which is another issue. Until it is both fast and cheap and available everywhere streaming isn't much of a threat to consoles.

I don't what the world looks like in 2020, but much also depends on the publishers you can only get certain game experiences from Sony and Nintendo first party studios.
