Resident to return to its old roots?

With higher than expected sales for resident evil remake surly capcom will go back to its old ways, what do you guys think and would you like it to go back to to roots?

 

 

Also, I need help trying to find out a rough estimate of how much it sold, I know it's hard to find out digital only sales..
