I don't think I'll ever understand Microsoft purchasing Mojang. It seems like it was done way too late. Minecraft will only be popular for so long, and a majority of its fanbase is on other platforms. It's just a really weird thing in general.
I feel like they would've been better off moneyhatting another major exclusive like Tomb Raider (albeit, one that's not timed would have more of an impact).
