I disagree with this. Vehemently. Someone always has to compare it to the PC, and the PC version will look better. This isn't me making fun of the PS4. I think the PS4 is a great piece of hardware... but compare The Witcher 3 PS4 version to The Witcher 3 PC version on a PC that has great specs, and I guarantee there will be a difference. The PS4 can't swap out for a better GPU, or better RAM, or a better CPU, etc like a PC can. PC games will always look better unless the developer simply doesn't make the PC version in as high a quality as they are able to. Even then you're going to have someone mod the game to get better textures, shaders, etc.

Well he did say "to the cursory glance" there is parity to the platforms, and then he followed-up with the bolded sentence above, but don't get me wrong, I totally agree with you, ofcourse people will always compare consoles to PC especially if the PC has larger resolution and is able to MOD? There's no question about that. You will always have comparison.
