People believed that PS4 would take the Japanese market by storm but it only did below average. I'm worried it won't even reach 10 million in the 8 years it took for PS3

What people? My recollection of discussions this time last year was that home consoles is a much diminished market in Japan. People, including myself, we're predicting that no home console would sell 10 million this generation. By my reading of the Japan market PS4 is doing OK.
