Not only do they include 2 add-ons, they also only include major consoles. There have been numerous cheap knock-offs (a la the Vii) that have sold next to nothing.
In fact, they have clearly omitted some key players. I doubt the 5200 or 7800 sold more than 10m units, and I'm not too sure about the Neo Geo either. The Intellivision and ColecoVision apparently sold around 6m units each, and other early systems such as the Magnavox Odyssey sold considerably less.
I must therefore declare that list a resounding failure.
And Sega didn't suck... they just made a lot of bad choices.
