 I seriously doubt it. Leaving aside the moral arguments, the US does not have the military capacity to start yet another war. Afghanistan and Iraq are going to drain capacity for the foreseeable future. No other country would join another war, partly because of their own military capacity and partly because another one so soon after Iraq is a guaranteed election loser. America would therefore be on its own and short of reintroducing conscription it couldn't handle another war at the current time.
