12m LTD XB1 shipped imo.

360 will be around 2m

12 M Shipped doesnt make sense compared to what AMD reported.

Why not?

19mi consoles shipped in the last 5 quarters, do you think the 360 could have sold/shiped more than 7mi console in one year?

That are some amazing legs for a 9 years old hardware...
