I recently started playing Dragon Age. I noticed that the "requisition table" items are neverending, but not necessary. So far they haven't made me go on quests for no reason. Most of their quests state why you're going on it, and those reasons seem solid (e.g. Rescue missing soldiers; get horses for the army; etc). I just got to Skyhold, so maybe I'm not far enough to see the "filler" quests. But if the quests are optional, that's fine. I just don't like it when they make it part of your storyline.

The requisition table I think was there to let the player make mini decisions that don't affect the story a whole lot but I didn't much care for the  back and forth walking in (the place you put in black bars). Made it feel unnecessarily more MMOish.

Im just nitpicking at this point though.

Edit: I actually liked the idea of a singplayer MMO like game. But after leaving the game for a while 20 more hours feels like too much, espially after cracking it's secret like I mentioned on my first post.
