No one, whether they're 31, 23, 17 would want to be in the same place they are now in 10 years. That sort of distance is too massive. I, for one, am not even sure where I'll be at in 5 years, and not knowing makes me comfortable. We shouldn't try to plan too far ahead, but plan in steps and let the rest happen.
