I've counted titles that were released at retail in Europe, and have included the February releases I have on pre-order:
Sega: 1
Square Enix: 1
Capcom: 3
Nintendo: 15
So that's 75% first party. Third party titles dominate my eShop purchases, though it seems skewed because I have the 20 ambassador titles.
