I played majorly Japanese games in all generations....... except for the last. A huge reason I feel let down with last gen is because japanese devs made less of an impact. I enjoyed about 50/50 on console. But.... I played a lot of PC which was completely western for me. WoW, LoL and many strategy games took up my time making last gen mostly western for me.
This gen I hope for a better effort from japanese developers, at least towards my personal tastes.
