I know that.
What upsets me actually is that there are people out there that would actually support a company using courts to deprive consumers of services or run up artificial tabs at competing firms, with absolutely zero benefit to themselves (ie, the OP).
Whether or not it's technically possible aside, it's a sad fact that people want them to be able to do it.
Some venomous people out there.
