It is the same stock. First value is in Yen, as Sony is listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange. The second number is in US Dollars, for ADR (American Depositary Receipt). This allows the stock listed in foreign countries to be traded in the US, basically allowing US citizens to trade in their home country, and receive all dividends and gains in Dollars (so you don't have to deal with the foreign stock exchanges).
