What would Sony sue for? They do not have a Windows App that offers similar experiences. Valve won't have much standing since can't show that they are being hurt. So, what discriminatory practice is Microsoft doing to inhibit their success.
You have to remember a monopoly is not illegal. It is using that position to make it harder for others to enter the market through unfair practices. For example, giving manufacturers deep discounts for using their products or having a special set of API that only their programs to use which work much better while others are forced to use another API that not as good.
Microsoft does not have a monopoly on gaming. There are many viable competitors out there.
