I do know this was a windows focused event.
But since the XB1 is going to support Win10 they could've shown the console running some Win10 apps.The only thing Phil said was that the XB1 is indeed going to get Win10.
Edit:About the bolded part Phil himself said that the XB1 is not gonna benefit much from DX12
