I don't think Microsoft would drop to $250 with free games by the holidays.  Investors will only tolerate so much loss from a division.  The Xbox One has to cost a lot more right now than the PS4 with the parts (memory) going up in price to the point where we are hearing rumors of DDR4 R&D redesigns to keep future costs down.  At some point Microsoft will have to please investors or spin-off the division.  

It's a tough spot.

well, I'm very curious to see what would happen if sony cut the price to 299. Ireally want to see Sony putting pressure to microsoft and what will microsoft next move be, going for profit or marketshare?, it'll be fun.
