In that case, two or three drinks, usually. Depending on my mood, I order Shirley Temples, virgin smoothies, virgin daquiris, virgin screwdrivers, and water.
The last time I ordered alcohol in a club was on a cruise ship about two years back. I had a $7.50 dirty martini, and it tasted horrible.
