Interesting stuff, no doubt about it. I've said many times that Nintendo will never change as long as it's a company run by old game developers. They might jump ahead on occasion but they're even more likely to be one step behind. They won't be able to compete directly with Microsoft and Sony with that kind of power structure in place. It sounds more like the US Senate than a technology business.
It's frustrating.
