I got it because I moved out on from 14.

Normally they search a place to stay for you (mostly of the times it is a small appartement) and pay it for you for 6 months inclusive a small amount of money.  After six months I think you can have found some money right?

Or if you want to go University I am sure the state will give you the money for it 'een beurs'.
