Just because something sells well doesn't always mean it's the best. Hell, iPhones are a good example of this

By that logic, Dreamcast wasn't a failure!

Or if Microsoft didn't have such a huge warchest, it would of flopped.  It still was a failure because Microsoft is having to acces their warchest.  If the Xbox division was spun off like investors hope, It'd fail.

I do agree this thread is pointless.  It's in the Microsoft section.  The poll is biased.  

The Dreamcast was a financial failure for Sega, sure (but they were hemorraghing money long before that), yet many people look upon the Dreamcast with positive favor.  I owned one, and I enjoyed the games that came to it thoroughly, and I STILL want more PSO (PSU wasn't BAD, but...), and I'm waiting until Sega gets smart enough to bring PSOII to the Wii U stateside!
