Xbox fans said a lot last gen Ps3 was a failure because 360 took market share away, now that doesn't matter? No one at MS is happy with x1 being outsold in every territory, and losing the gains it had from last gen to Sony, so yes it that respect it is a failure. Ms didn't enter consoles to be dominated by sony, and the living room dream is dead.
X1 lost all momentum 360 had, MS is not happy with there position.
