hm. Is Sony loyal to gamers? With the PS3 didn't they risk their entire gaming business and the PS brand on the BluRay format? Yes. Why? Potential profit. It's business. Without M$ 50 mill loan there might not be GTA4.
At the end of the day, it's all business.
