I bought a Vita, and sold it about 6 months later. Luckily, I bought it used, so I managed to get almost all my money back (bought for €120, sold for €100). I liked a few games, Uncharted was great, so was Tearaway, and I simply loved Danganronpa. But that was just not enough to justify hanging on to it.
The worst part, when I bought it, I paid for a year of PS+ to get "free" games, and then I had 6 months left over (and those games, and especially PS4 games were not worth the cost).

Second regret is Kinect. Also bought it used, my wife and I played about 30 minutes of Dance Central, I used Your Shape for a week, and the other games were so crappy it ended in the box quickly. I was happy as a little kid when I found some naive guy who gave me €50 for it (and realized the guy who sold it to me also thought I was stupid and naive to give him €80).
