That's the thing - I have no desire to buy a Wii U. That's not my fault. Clearly most people agree with me.

And the Cel-Da complaint is legit. Dark Souls + Nintendo's touch is what I was expecting Zelda Wii U to be, not a cartoon.

hey, i'm just going to come out and say this, ok? nintendo likes cartoons. they are at their best when they do cartoons, with few exceptions (perfect dark? metroid prime? xenoblade chronicles? none of these is an ead or spd title, so only loosely are they "nintendo" games). this is the company of star fox, mario, kirby, pikachu, yoshi, donkey kong, animal crossing, pikmin, etc. etc. colorful graphics, colorful characters, etc., are nintendo's calling card. when nintendo did real-time strategy, they made up colorful vegetable creatures which fight monsters with the leaves on their heads, ok?

so you've confirmed here the suspicion i voiced above, which is that you just don't care for nintendo. with the exception of the complaint about the droughts, which is obviously well-founded, everything you say is a symptom of your not caring for nintendo.
