What footage are you talking about? Are you talking about a single 30 minute gameplay clip or all gameplay clips that have been shown so far? If it is the latter then what you are saying is just false. There are way more than one instance of QTEs throughout all gameplay clips shown so far.

Nope. There haven't been others. Just what I said.

Are people counting things like rappeling down the blimp and the hacking minigame as QTE's?  That's the only thing I can figure...

Not even that. Every fight scene since the first trailer contained qte's. From memory I remember a gameplay clip where the player is fighting with a human character, that contained qte's. Then there is the e3 gameplay with the werewolf. That contained qte's. Then there is the time when they are in the zepellin pilots cabin. That also contained qte's. That is just from memory and those are all different clips. There are probably more.
